USER AGREEMENT

Our music download user agreement is a legal contract between the copyright/commercial license holder and the user. It grants the user a limited, non-exclusive license to download and play music for personal, non-commercial use. It prohibits distribution, public performance, and file-sharing. By downloading music from the Site you agree to these terms and conditions.

Scope of License:
Grants permission to download files onto the User’s personal devices (limit: up to 5-10 specific computers or smartphones).

Copyright & Ownership:
The master recording, composition and creative content remain the intellectual property of the copyright holder and commercial license holder. As a User you only have a limited license to the digital copy itself, not the rights to the music.

Usage Restrictions:
This User Agreement strictly limits usage to personal, recreational enjoyment. You are forbidden to use the downloaded music/files in commercial videos, public spaces, or broadcasts; or to share the music/files.
